Just a reminder: Our service acts like this…

  1. Potential students fill out the Vetting Form
  2. One of our staff members uses the DoD Servicemembers Database to verify your service record.
  3. If your service checks out, we send you an invitation to a class (CSM classes), OR we connect you to trainer who has agreed to give you their class for free (CSPO, CSD, and other classes).

Here are some questions (and answers) that we get asked from time-to-time.

Can I get into your next CSM class?

I would love to say YES to everyone who asks.  Sometimes it’s not up to us.  First, check out how our service works above.  We provide ‘Veterans Only’ CSM classes for those in the program.  Because Scrum Alliance has a procedure in place that makes it extremely difficult to certify people quickly if there is a mix of Veterans and paying students in a class, we decided to seperate the paying students into one group of classes, and the Veterans into another group of classes.  We do NOT show our Veterans Only classes on our website (Wisecrum Associates) any more.  You would gain access to the registration page for your class through a private invitation.

For CSPO and CSD students, we partner with trainers who agree to train you for free.  We refer those students to the proper trainers, and we let those trainers take it from there.

If you are essentially giving the class away, how do we know the class will be as valuable as a paid class?

Trust.  Honor.  Dedication.

Wisecrum Associates was founded by a US Army Veteran (Rick Waters).  Trust and Honor are immutable for him.  He is dedicated to his work, and to you Veterans.  He will always do his best to deliver the highest quality class possible.  When Rick is not available, the other trainers that help him out are just as dedicated as Rick is.

We promise that the classes we provide to Veterans are the exact same classes we sell at market rates to the rest of the world.

Can I get the class completely free?

When we first started the program, we wished we could make every single class free to Veterans, but that was a stretch.  Now we are actually able to do it! We will not deliver a class to Veterans, nor will we refer Veterans to classes, if it is not free.

When you say the Veterans' seats are filled, but you are still selling seats for the class...what does that mean?

All of our Veterans Only CSM classes have a maximum number of 30 students. We do not allow more than 30 students into a classroom, because we want you to get as much personalized attention as possible over the duration of the class.
